How does online breathwork coaching work?

We’ll meet for our sessions via Zoom, so you can learn and practice from the comfort of your own space. You’ll also have access to a dedicated course portal, full of resources and exercises to support you between sessions.

What can I expect from the free taster session?

Your free taster session is an opportunity to:

  • Experience mindfulness and breathwork firsthand

There's absolutely no obligation to continue after your free session.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens! We’ll work together to reschedule so that you don’t miss any part of your journey.

I’m not very good at relaxing. Will this still work for me?

Absolutely. These techniques are designed to be accessible to everyone, even if relaxation feels difficult for you. We’ll find the right approaches that work best for your unique situation.

What support do I get between sessions?

You’ll have access to our course portal and can reach out to me via messaging app for support and encouragement whenever you need it between sessions.

Do I need any special equipment for the sessions?

No special equipment is required—just a quiet space where you can relax and a device with Zoom for our calls. Comfortable clothing is recommended, but that’s entirely up to you.

How soon will I start to feel the benefits?
